Return & Refund Policy

14 Day Honest Try
You may cancel any auto-refill after 14 days of use. Just reach out to us and we'll cancel it after the 14 day Honest Try period that gives you a chance to try the products.

60-Day Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You may return the items whether you have used them or not, in any condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@idealmale.com. Please note that returns will be rejected without first contacting us to get your RMA. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be made for shipping and handling, and you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the return back to us.

ShipAssure
If you purchased ShipAssure with your order, you will not need to ship any broken or damaged products back to us. We will also replace any products lost in shipment, without charge to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
